An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a hard-working and motivated individual to join a fantastic technology business as an Office Assistant. Based in stunning offices, this is a temp-to-permanent role - paying £17,000!
As the ideal candidate you must have exceptional customer service within retail or hospitality, or administrative experience. You must have a keen interest to develop these skills into a professional office environment! You must be enthusiastic, thorough and ready to learn and be challenged! Full training will be provided.
This is an immensely varied role where you will be supporting the entire office with a range of administrative duties. This will include:
- Managing the front of house; maintaining an organised and efficient office area at all times, organising all meeting rooms, booking meetings and managing refreshments for all clients and customers
- General team admin; managing all incoming and outcoming post, coordinating office events and helping out the team with any ad hoc administrative tasks
- Supporting the finance department; including cash posting, debt chasing, and managing any client enquiries
Due to the location of the offices, you will require your own method of transportation, however there is free parking on site. The offices are located closeby to the airport, between Birmingham and Coventry.
