Office Assistant to start ASAP - Legal sector!
My client is a leading name in the legal field. They are looking for an Office Assistant to start with them ASAP on a fixed term contract basis. Daily duties will include being the first point of contact in the office, answering all incoming calls, meeting and greeting, booking travel, liaising with suppliers, checking supplies, post, handling petty cash, reporting building faults, and generally supporting the admin team. The role would suit someone who can start immediately, and has worked in a corporate environment previously. Suitable candidates will hold the following skills and experience:
- Corporate Administration / Reception experience
- Ability to start ASAP on a fixed term contract basis
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation skills
- Intermediate Word and Excel
- Experience with booking travel
