  • Brewster Partners Office Support & Technical are urgently recruiting an Office Assistant / PA for our client based in Halifax.
  • A global business with office locations around the world.
  • Established company and one of the major players in their industry.


  • The Office Assistant will organise the team, handle all the administration from customer phone calls to travel booking, event organising and administrative paperwork, e.g expenses and invoices administration.
  • Marketing communication (newsletters, researching and booking of conferences, exhibitions etc).
  • Tender document preparation and proof reading of documentation.
  • PA to the Head of UK, organising travel, keeping track of all details, calendar updates etc.


  • Experience in working within a fast paced office environment to tight deadlines as an executive assistant or PA.
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Experience working in a technical environment is desirable but not essential.
  • You may have worked as one of the following: PA, Personal Assistant, EA, Executive Assistant, Exec Assistant, Office Assistant, Office Coordinator.


  • Basic salary of £22K (negotiable DOE) plus bonus
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
