Leicester Glass is an established family run small business. We manufacture, supply and fit all types of flat glass products for the DIY trade right up to major organisations like universities, academy trusts and major home builders. We are looking for a person to assist with the smooth running and organisation of our office.
Duties will include:
Organising dairies for Directors and glaziers
Establishing good client rapport for new and regular customers and suppliers
Sourcing parts, purchasing and order placing
Inputting data and processing orders
Dealing with customers on the phone and face to face
Customer service including dealing with complaints
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to work with Excel, Word and in house software
Comfortable with Maths
Able to multi task
We are looking for a person who can work for 6 working hours per day, starting at 8 am.
