Office and Vehicle Fleet Administrator (9-12-month maternity cover)

We’re looking for an experienced administrator work in our Facilities department at our Head Office. This is no ordinary administrative role as ours is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture.

What does the role involve?

Your role will involve meeting and greeting visitors (we operate a self-service and un-manned reception so the role would entail some greeting of visitors) who arrive at our head office.

The administration of the visitor management system and access systems including updating name list and ordering of consumables.

You’ll be responsible for the operational administration of the vehicle fleet, and required to implement changes, processes and answer queries from drivers

Liaising with suppliers and contractors and attending meetings

Administration of daily post for head office as well as arranging courier services, deliveries and collections

Ensure meeting rooms are serviced and checked on a regular basis

Arranging the car valeter to be on site, and match day parking

Participate in any had hoc services as instructed by the Sustainability and Facilities Manager
