Office Administrator
Holmes Chapel
£22k - £25k

You will have excellent & accurate typing skills, the ability to manage your own workload, attention to detail, good organisational skills, and excellent communication skills.

Duties of the Office Administrator:

  • Accurately producing expert legal reports
  • Copy typing, formatting documents, and photocopying as necessary
  • Opening legal files, both paper and electronic, and ensure that filing is completed appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Dealing with estate agents
  • Sourcing properties online via Rightmove etc
  • Extensive client liaison via phone, email and correspondence
  • Diary management including arranging meetings, conferences
  • Drafting letters and correspondence and amending documents
  • Meeting coordination
  • Provide full administrative support
  • Taking a proactive approach to building relationships with clients

Person specification as the Office Administrator:

  • Legal Secretary or estate agency experience is a preferred however not essential
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • A flexible and positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Extremely professional
