M65Jobsearch are looking for an Office Administrator for our client in Hapton. Our client is a successful engineering company, and they are looking for an administrator to join their busy environment 25 hours per week.

Applicants must have proven experience of office administration.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for all telephone calls received into the main office
  • General administration duties as may necessary in a busy office
  • Liaising with engineers
  • Covering for other members of staff during holiday periods
  • Liaising with customers who visit site
  • Liaising with customers face to face & via e-mail

You must be computer literate, have a confident manner when speaking on the phone and face to face, with good time keeping skills.
