Office Administrator – Rotherham - £20k

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Office Administrator to join a market leading  company based in the Rotherham area.

A full-time equivalent salary of up to £20,000 is available depending on experience

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment where they will be responsible answering telephone enquiries and general office administration work.

The successful candidate will possess good Microsoft Office Skills set along with having polite and helpful general customer service skills.

Technical Skills:

-              Answering telephone, directing calls to appropriate department

-              Sorting incoming and outgoing mail

-              Recording staff holidays

-              Recording delivery notes and goods receipts on to the accounting system

-              Filling and photocopying
