Secretary & Office Administrator

An experienced, organised Secretary and Office Administrator is needed in the Cranbrook area. This is a varied and exciting Full-Time role with a smart Estate & Lettings Agent who have an excellent local reputation.

Previous experience in a similar position would be exceptionally helpful because the role is to support their busy team and it will mean jumping straight in!

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in office administration and ideally have experience in Estate Agency and preferential consideration will be given to candidates with a background in the property sector.

The role is incredibly varied and will involve you in all aspects of Estate Agency, including visiting properties and even carrying out occasional viewings.

You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and have excellent computer skills - Good on the phone and great with people!

You will need to be a confident working within a team as well as working on your own initiative.

Skills: The skills required for this Secretary & Office Administrator role will include:

  • Previous experience in an Estate Agency Administration
  • Previous administration experience in both sales & lettings
  • Good computer and software skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
