Role: Office Administrator

Location: Heald Green

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000

We are looking for a Office Administrator to join our team! You will be joining a successful call centre carrying out administrative tasks.

As an Office Administrator you will:

  • Photocopy, email, scan and file documents
  • Keep in correspondence with staff with updates
  • Data inputting
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail

As an Office Administrator you must have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone handling skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Full Training in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
  • Experience using Outlook

The desired applicant will have experience in:

  • Creating Invoices
  • Payroll formation
  • Dealing with complaints
