Hays are working with an exciting construction organisation based in Leicestershire.

Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Leicester, LE4
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday - 9am - 5pm

Our client
A well established and successful family run business just outside of Leicester city centre and are currently seeking a new Office Administrator who can communicate effectively with their diverse client base.

Your New Role
Working in small, friendly, and busy office duties vary widely day to day and require an experienced Administrator with excellent customer service skills to undertake a number of duties including but not limited to:

  • Handling Customer enquiries over the phone and via email
  • Data input and keeping documents up to date
  • Processing quotes
  • Scheduling appointments and diary management of management
  • Filing; manual and electronic
  • Handling, checking and processing invoices
  • Financial administration
  • Account management and providing excellent customer service
  • Scanning, printing of documents and general office administration

What You Will Need
Due to varying nature of this role and busy working environment this client is looking for hard-working, enthusiastic and motivated candidates who have a can-do attitude who work will work well in a small friendly team. You will need to be IT literate with all Microsoft office programmes including Excel and Outlook and have prior experience in scheduling appointments and diary management. Prior experience in financial administration including invoices, Purchase Orders and order processing is also desirable.
