Central Employment are delighted to be supporting of out our clients in their search for an Office Administrator in Prudhoe.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful business on a temporary 3 month contract with a potential of a permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and signing them in
- Management of files
- Offering high level of customer service over telephone and emails
- Stock management
- Deliveries management including chasing co0mpanies for updates
- Filing
- Accounts management- sales admin
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- SAP experience is desirable
- Great English and Math’s
- Willingness to support the overall team
- Initiative
