Are you looking for a part time role on a permanent basis?
Are you experienced within administration and office coordination?
Are you highly organised and have a high attention to detail?

My client, who are within the distribution industry, are looking for a member to join their office to support with the administration and paperwork of running the business.

What’s involved?

HR paperwork, dealing with new starter contracts and documents, assist with writing job descriptions and the recruitment process, staff absence and disciplinaries.

Monitor health and safety and manual handling, ensuring the team is up to date with their training.

Ensure health and safety policies are recorded correctly including risk assessments.

Filing paperwork and ensuring MOT, servicing and any other vehicle related paperwork is kept up to date and followed up with.

3 month digital driving licence card checks.

General running of the office including ordering stationary etc.

Assist with any other projects as required by the Managing Director

Why you?

You will be extremely organised with a high attention to detail and have a proactive mindset. You will be willing to help to meet the needs of the business with any ad hoc tasks required and have previous experience within a similar role.

What’s in it for you?

Salary is £10 an hour

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am-12pm, 25 hours a week.
