We have an opening for an Office Administrator to join the team in our Bournemouth office. The office is busy but casual and friendly with a flexible working environment.
Our Office Administrators are a key part of the team working closely with our Client Support.
What can you expect?
On a daily basis you will be involved in:
General administrative duties.
Preparing client meeting packs for our Financial Planners going to see new clients or for existing client annual reviews.
You will be required to complete AML checks as part of the annual review process.
Sending out client letters of authority and chasing the providers for a response.
Setting up client records on Client System (Intelligent Office)
Maintaining and updating our client database ie change of address
Checking compliance documents and uploading these onto the clients records.
You will work closely with our Client Support teams to ensure that work is completed within the timescales.
Ensuring that all statutory and company regulations are followed to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company.

What you need to have:
Proven excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and also be highly organised with strong administrative skills.
Previous experience working in a similar office administration role.
Confidence using Microsoft Office is essential.
