Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking an Office Administrator for one of their rapidly expanding clients. This is a pivotal role where you play a key part in the smooth running of the office.
This Office Administrator opportunity requires a minimum of 1 year’s office experience and would suit someone who is looking to grow and develop their skills in all areas of Office Administration.
- Customer account management including setting up new users and billing
- Managing company’s software platforms
- Taking payments over the phone
- Basic database and system administration to keep systems running
- Personal assistant role with company director
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in an office environment
- C and above in both Maths and English at GCSE level
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn attitude
