Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking an Office Administrator for one of their rapidly expanding clients. This is a pivotal role where you play a key part in the smooth running of the office.

This Office Administrator opportunity requires a minimum of 1 year’s office experience and would suit someone who is looking to grow and develop their skills in all areas of Office Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer account management including setting up new users and billing
  • Managing company’s software platforms
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Basic database and system administration to keep systems running
  • Personal assistant role with company director

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an office environment
  • C and above in both Maths and English at GCSE level
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn attitude
