Role Overview:

Alqami is looking for a hands-on Office Administrator / PA to support the growing demands of the business. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, motivated and articulate person, who prides themselves on being efficient and getting the job done.

Reporting to the CEO your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance/support to the CEO
  • Management of emails - various inboxes
  • Taking meeting minutes and coordinating agenda’s
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Data entry (e.g. expenses)
  • General office management
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Assist locally outsourced marketing team to facilitate outbound content through various social media channels
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps
  • Basic bookkeeping duties to assist locally outsourced Finance team

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 12-18 months previous administration experience in a commercial environment
  • Undergraduate Business degree or similar preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior attention to detail; organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
