We are currently looking for a part time Office Administrator to cover 39 weeks maternity cover with the potential of a permanent position.The Office Administrator provides back-office support & Customer Support to facilitate the smooth running of the office.
Job Hours: 11:00 to 16:00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
12:00 to 17:00 Tuesday

Key Tasks / Responsibilities of the Office Administrator
•Work at all times to a high level of accuracy
•Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls or take messages including contact name and number
•Outbound calls to customers
•Ability to use a CRM System
•Job Requirements - Office Administrator/Customer Support
•Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner by telephone and in person
•1 years’ experience in similar office environment
•Good maths and English skills
•Computer literate ( Outlook/ Word/ Excel)
