Office Administrator - Accounts

Location: Wythenshawe, South Manchester

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience

Four Recruitment are seeking an Office Administrator to join a legal firm based in Wythenshawe. Your role will be to support the Office Manager and wider team with administrative and accounts duties, this includes:

  • Raising bills and processing payments
  • Data input
  • Generating client letters
  • Management of files including creation, filing and archiving
  • Answering the phones, dealing with any queries
  • Supporting solicitors with diary management

The ideal candidate:

  • 12 months experience in an administrative/accounts environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team
