Our client in Hove is a well established Estate Agency around Brighton and Hove. They are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic Lettings department.
No previous property experience is required so this is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to get into the sector. However, previous administration experience is essential.
You will be assisting the Lettings department with all administrative duties. You will need to be organised and have strong communication skills.
This position will consist of dealing with enquiries from people looking to rent properties, handling incoming e-mails and phone calls, managing negotiator's diaries, drafting contracts and agreements.
Salary £16,000 - £18,000 based on experience.
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm.
Full clean driving license essential.
You will be joining a team of motivated individuals and will be given training and development opportunities.
