Are you an experienced office administrator looking for a new role in Stafford?

We are looking for a reliable, conscientious administrator for an Estate Agency in Stafford, wide range of responsibilities but it will include:

  • Dealing with all initial enquiries and queries via phone, email and in person
  • Maintaining internal database and client records
  • Preparing Leaseholder Property Enquiry forms ( training given )
  • Dealing with enquires and queries from solicitors

The office administrator role will involve using Excel and Word to create documents and spreadsheets, plus managing deadlines, some diary management and customer service.

Skills needed foroffice administrator role :

  • IT savvy - Word , Excel and database
  • Customer Service
  • Organised and pro active
  • Logical problem solver

Ideal candidates for the office administrator role will have some office experience ( any industry) , some customer service experience and be looking for a role with some ongoing training and career development.

My client is established in the world of estate agency and lettings, and they are growing their team, the successful candidate will be able to take on more responsibility to assist the company and develop their own skills and qualifications.
