Your new company
Your new employer is recruiting for an office administrator to join their busy team in Lancaster. The company undertakes hundreds of archaeological projects a year, this role is primarily an office administrator with aspects of office management and HR.

Your new role
The Main day to day duties include communicating with colleagues, managers and project staff to ensure projects run efficiently. Running the reception, answering calls and emails. Managing petty cash and general expenses. Maintenance of HR records and communicating with the Head office team for any payroll enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you must have experience running a busy office, being able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills. Microsoft office experience and HR knowledge is essential.

What you'll get in return
This role is a Temporary role which will go permanent providing the successful candidate performs well. You will have a dedicated recruitment consultant providing weekly aftercare during your temporary assignment.
