Welcoming guests and visitors to the business

Ensure the smooth running of the Reception area

Deal with all incoming calls, meet and greet clients and check in visitors

Provide administrative support

Diarise appointments for staff out on client visits

Prepare boardrooms for meetings

Scanning and archiving of documents and accounts

Email correspondence

Processing of credit card payments

Updating the Client Management system

Printing out of monthly reports

Ordering Stationary and other office supplies

Marketing data and mailing lists

Conference organising - room bookings, invitations

Holiday, absence and expense forms

The successful individual will be a real team player, have excellent organisational/administrative skills, be resourceful and pro-active and enjoy the variety of providing full administrative support within the office.
