£21,000 - £25,000 a year - Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a well established organisation in the outskirts of Southampton on a permanent basis.

You will be providing key support to a busy sales team and assisting them in all elements of the Sales Administration process.

Duties include:

Proving key support to the Sales Team

Handling customer queries on deliveries and pending orders

Ensure delivery notes are completed and signed off

Process supplier purchase orders

Answer incoming emails and calls

Prepare and load customer quotations

Chase suppliers and request regular updates on orders

The ideal candidate:

Excellent attention to detail and fully computer literate

Strong customer service / telephone skills - able to develop rapport with clients

Experience of working in office environment and ability to remain organised at all times.
