No Property Administration needed however Front Office, Reception or Customer Service experience required.

Duties of the Office Administrator:

*Support both the Sales and Lettings departments with all admin duties
*Meet and greet anyone who comes into the office
*Create floor plans for property brochures and create the brochures
*Upload all new property listings to online portals
*Create sales memorandums when sale is agreed
*Order all office stationary and keep the office clean and tidy
*Deal with all office maintenance

Package for the Office Administrator:

Basic: £24,000-£26,000pa (depending on experience)
Hours: 8.45am -6pm (Mon-Friday)
