Vacancy - Office Administrator
Our client is seeking a general Office Administrator to join their busy office team. The job role will be varied and include basic administration and other specific admin tasks for which training will be given. The administration department is key in supporting the business and good communication skills are essential. Taking telephone enquiries//producing certificates/booking work onto sites and booking accommodation will all be part of the job role.
Skills / Experience Required:
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages, willingness to learn in-house CRM System. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently to customers. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential, together with a thorough and methodical approach to work.
A Team player, with the ability to show initiative to enable work to be completed to an excellent standard and ability to work within set deadlines.
GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C and above or equivalent qualifications.
