Mpeople are currently recruiting for an experienced permanent Sales Administrator to join our client's successful and established company based in Castleford. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and should be available to start around May / June.
Key Duties:
- Dealing with our established customer base, you will be first point of contact for orders coming in via company website, email and telephone
- Processing orders daily via internet and internal database
- Liaise with customers and internal company departments to ensure requested items are in stock
- Liaise with customers and internal company departments for out of stock items
- Process returns of daily orders
- Assist with financial duties including sending out invoices and chasing outstanding invoices
- Assist with general admin support including maintaining company databases, postal duties, answering calls and updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Skills / Experience:
- Must be a confident MS Excel, Outlook and Word user
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess a conscientious and adaptable approach to work
- Have a professional yet friendly approach to dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face
