Office Administrator

Mpeople are currently recruiting for an experienced permanent Sales Administrator to join our client's successful and established company based in Castleford. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and should be available to start around May / June.

Key Duties:

  • Dealing with our established customer base, you will be first point of contact for orders coming in via company website, email and telephone
  • Processing orders daily via internet and internal database
  • Liaise with customers and internal company departments to ensure requested items are in stock
  • Liaise with customers and internal company departments for out of stock items
  • Process returns of daily orders
  • Assist with financial duties including sending out invoices and chasing outstanding invoices
  • Assist with general admin support including maintaining company databases, postal duties, answering calls and updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets

Skills / Experience:

  • Must be a confident MS Excel, Outlook and Word user
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess a conscientious and adaptable approach to work
  • Have a professional yet friendly approach to dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face
