Lansdowne Care Services Ltd - Residential Homes and Day care Centres for Adults with Learning Disabilities.
The position requires a responsible approach to working alone, an ability to plan and prioritise workloads and good communication skills.
The role includes ;
General admin tasks, filing, answering phone etc
HR work - DBS checks updating staff database, recruitment, leavers etc
Finance work - creating invoices, banking, chasing debtors, personal money, payroll.
Previous office experience required, with knowledge of Microsoft packages word, excel or equivalent.
The position is for 20 hrs per week and is subject to an enhanced DBS check
