Location: Southampton
Salary: £8.00 - £9.00 per hour
Duration: this is a temporary position for at least 4-5 weeks
Hours of work: 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly professional medical business based in Southampton. Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a temporary Office Administrator to start immediately.

The role is predominantly to carry out administrative tasks such as the data processing of highly important Information using the CRM, bespoke reporting and any other additional tasks to support the managers team. You must also demonstrate excellent data capture skills, and attention to detail.

As an Office Administrator:

  • To work assist with a busy reception desk, meet and greet visitors professionally
  • To assist in answering the telephone
  • To frank and manage the post
  • Taking messages accurately and closing the call with courtesy and professionalism
  • To liaise with third parties and manage appointments
  • To book appointments into the internal diary successfully
  • To complete administration, input data accurately onto the system, file fax and scan documents
  • To complete customer satisfaction survey, make outbound calls to complete the surveys (NO SALES)

The ideal person

  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Will be well presented
  • Will understand the importance of dealing with highly confidential information
  • Will be confident in speaking with clients on the telephone
  • Will be organised and have the ability to Multitask
  • Will have a positive attitude
  • Will be competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Will be available Immediately and happy to commit to 4-6 weeks
