Part-time Office Administrator, temporary contract, £9 per hour, Bellshill
Your new company
An automotive company based in Bellshill is looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis. This is a part time role and your normal hours of work will be 08:30 to 17:00 Wednesday and Thursday and 08:30 to 15:00 on Friday.
Your new role
As a core member of the team you will be providing administrative support within the office. You will be creating and raising purchase orders as well as general office administration. You will be responsible for filing and scanning documents and also handling all inbound mail and deliveries. Your role will also require you to perform some data entry via Microsoft excel spreadsheets.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous administration experience is essential for this role. You'll need a proactive attitude towards your work and be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines. Attention to detail is also important for this role as there will be an element of data input and updating company records. As you'll be working with purchase orders, a good working knowledge of Sage would also be advantageous.
