Transport Customer Support Administrator / Customer Account Manager / Office Sales Administrator / Traffic Planner

£18,000 - £21,000, Ruddington, Nottingham

Our client a leading logistics company has an additional exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join the team based in Ruddington. Nottingham as we further expand our business and receive more work. The successful candidate will join our extremely busy traffic office on a full time permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of up to £21,000 per annum, plus bonus

The Customer Support is a pivotal role taking first call from our clients customers. You will give advice on suitable vehicles and input transport jobs on to the computer system. As one of our team of Customer Service Adviser/Support person you will be liaising with our Account managers / Transport Manager, giving service information and updates to our customers in a fast moving, busy environment.

The role is Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00hrs and will involve an element of out of hours on call for which a premium is paid.

Previous experience in a similar role an advantage but not essential as full ongoing training will be given.
