Our client is now seeking an Office Administrator to join their experienced team. The successful candidate will be assisting with a wide range of duties to ensure the efficient running of the firm. The position will include a wide variety of duties such as: back office administration; health and safety procedures; archiving of files; marketing administration and; HR admin. To handle the mixed workload, the successful Office Administrator should have a keen eye for details and show excellent organisational skills.
Experience in facilities, health and safety or general office work is advantageous.
Ideally an Office Administrator with previous experience in facilities, health and safety or general office work;
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy whilst working to deadlines;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Confident in working on own initiative as well as part of the team;
IT proficient with a reasonable typing speed.
