My client is a fast-growing global manufacturer & supplier within the electronics sector. Through growth, they now required an experienced administrator to join and small and friendly team.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of an administration team that processes customer orders and ensures that all products are delivered correctly and on time, so a sense of urgency with good communication skills and attention to detail are of the utmost importance.
The Office Administrator role consists of dealing with Approved Suppliers, some of which are based off-shore and progressing orders through to delivery. Recent experience is essential along with the ability to use MS Office and use/learn the company’s ERP system (Navision) on which most transactions are entered and controlled.
We are looking for a team player who can integrate into an established group, work on their own initiative and show tenacity, and be self-motivated, proactive, innovative, enthusiastic and resilient.
The successful candidate will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, positive outlook, and outstanding interpersonal skills and must be prepared to carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
