Based near Morden, our client is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their friendly team.

Working within a small department the role is varied with a range of responsiiblities including:

- Invoicing

- Scheduling customer appointments

- Undertaking social media and marketing

- Typing correspondence

- Prioritising workload

- Using your own initiative

- On some occasions assisting in the shop will be required.

The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner and will be familiar with general office duties alongside having experience in MS Office and Excel.

Due to the location of the offices candidates will ideally be within commuting distance to Morden/North Cheam.

The role is full time Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm (4:30pm between 1st November and 28th February).
