An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client on a permanent basis. A well established organisation they are a market leader in their field and are experiencing continued growth allowing them to add to their existing team.

Their office environment is fast paced and you will be taking a pivotal role in ensuring everything runs smoothly. The overall purpose of the role will be to provide an efficient administration service to all departments of the business and to customers.
General administration duties and reception
Being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries
Raising jobs on the system, dispatching to crews and processing through to invoice
Audio and copy typing of reports, quotations and general correspondence
Dealing with petty cash, banking cheques, preparing invoices and general accounting duties
Ordering, recording and reconciliation of fuel
Organising meetings and travel
This role is varied and demanding and as such requires the ability to think on your feet and the flexibility to assist wherever needed. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential along with a good eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is essential along with a desire to learn and a positive attitude.
