Office Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small technology company in North Cambridge on a full time, permanent basis. This role offers the chance to learn skills in a variety of different disciplines including Administration, Finance, Marketing and HR.

Main duties will include:

  • Taking calls and welcoming visitors
  • Collecting post
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Travel booking
  • Invoicing customers
  • Updating CRM system
  • HR administration
  • General ad-hoc administration

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within an office position
  • The ability to speak a number of languages is highly desirable
  • An organised and meticulous nature
  • A strong command of the English language both written and spoken
  • The ability to multitask
  • Strong teamwork skills
