Office Administrator (P/T 12-16 hours per week)

Due to a growing portfolio of clients who are predominately CEO’s, this Business Consultant is in need of an Office Administrator to keep the office wheels turning. You will need to be happy working on you own, have meticulous attention to detail and been keen to grow with the business

Responsibilities

  • Events tasks planning and management
  • Venue liaison
  • Bookings management
  • Data recording and project progress monitoring
  • Accommodation arranging
  • Appointment setting
  • Data entry: Events management, CRM system, mailing platform
  • Liaising with telemarketer
  • E.g. filing, diary support
  • Liaising with printers, associates, suppliers, etc.

Skills and aptitudes

Essential

  • Technical:
  • Experience and expertise in
  • MS Office 365 Word, PowerPoint
  • Excel - this is crucial
  • CRM systems
  • Project management systems

Personal:

  • Excellent on phone - professional manner and yet warm
  • Able to grasp wider plans, and balance varying priorities
  • Meticulous with detail
  • High levels of personal organisation
  • Learns and adapts quickly
  • Focused, strong work ethic
  • Commitment - willing to grow with the business.

Desirable

  • Proficiency in MS Publisher /Wordpress
  • Other graphics packages

The office is the in the home of the company Director, in a beautiful location in Woburn Sands. The candidate would need to appreciate this and behave with utmost propriety and respect.
