Office Administrator

Job Description:

  • Distributing post and answer telephones
  • Access overnight voice messages
  • Hospitality for client visits
  • Ordering stationery on a monthly basis
  • Order toner cartridges and changing them in printers
  • Ordering headsets and replacements as required
  • Scanning and shredding documents
  • Posting job adverts online including the company website
  • Sending Terms of Business to clients - making a record of the document
  • Converting CV’s from PDF to Word
  • Organising all social events
  • Maintaining the office

Person Specification:

  • GCSE level education - minimum of C in Maths and English
  • Proactive approach to workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro active, ambitious and self motivated
  • Positive and professional team player

Additional Information:

  • Based in Chessington
  • £20,000
  • Monday - Friday: 8.30 - 5.30
  • Contribution to Pension Scheme
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 26 with service

  • Onsite parking
