Our client is an already successful business with huge expansion plans. They are now seeking to strengthen their internal admin team and appoint another office administrator to fuel their ongoing success.

Ideally you will have at least 12 months administration experience in a busy commercial environment.

This career opportunity will allow you to thrive in the day to day admin function for our client and ensure that all admin duties are completed and accurate, and management information is at hand.

Reporting to the Admin Manager

Office Administrator Duties include:
Assisting Management in a variety of front line and back office tasks
Data Entry
Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams
Data input/export using their bespoke software
Process, collate and distribute information
Provide support for marketing activities
Involvement in ad hoc projects
Order / Invoice processing
Debt Letters
answering the accounts phone

Office Administrator Key Skills/Qualities Required:
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work at speed
Excellent interpersonal skills
Positive, motivated and enthusiastic approach
Minimum of 12 months office admin experience
Computer literate and competent in the use of Word/Excel

Salary will be £16000 basic + benefits
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
37.5 hours a week
