Office Administrator

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Wetherby company looking to recruit an Office Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the office through day to day office administration, assisting other members of the team and financial bookkeeping.

Main tasks:

  • Sending Sales invoices to customers on a timely basis
  • Entering purchase invoices and bills onto the accounting system
  • Production of customer statements
  • Responding to accounts and general queries received by e-mail and telephone from customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Receiving and processing goods-in
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
  • Maintaining stock levels of office sundries and supplies
  • Maintaining relationships with office suppliers
  • Administration tasks in support of colleague projects e.g. data validation, spreadsheet and report writing, documentation and customer communication
  • To answer the telephones in a timely manner including overflow calls from other departments and general enquiries
