9.00am - 6.00pm
This busy role plays an important part in the day to day running of the Company and requires a motivated individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. The role is split approximately 70% administration and 30% HR administration
Responsibilities include :
Office service duties - Facilities, travel bookings, checking supplier invoices, managing the credit card analysis and mobile phone bills and tariff, Management of company car leases , tax and liaising with insurance broker for renewals and claims. Supervising the receptionist / administrator and covering reception if required
HR duties - Oversee the recruitment process including liaising with Agencies, and vacancy posting internally and externally, managing employee engagement, produce offer letters and contracts of employment for staff and liaise with IT to ensure equipment is ready, MIS, supporting in keeping payroll records up to date, and checking details for pension / benefits scheme, managing employee benefits package. Supporting the HR manager with H&S and Fire Safety
The successful candidate must have and have sound administration skills and experience. Driving licence is essential.
