BBA Architects is a busy office of 23 people and the role of the Office Administrator is key to the business and facilitating the smooth running of the practice. Responsible to the Practice Manager but also there to support all the staff in the office and contribute to the friendly welcoming atmosphere that BBA prides itself on.
RESPONSIBLE FOR (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
• Answering the office phone
• Greeting guests/clients
• Preparing food and refreshments for office meetings
• Filing and archiving
• Processing incoming and outgoing post
• Inputting purchase invoices onto the accounting system
• Processing payment receipts
• Ordering office supplies/stationery and monitoring stock levels
• Typing up/preparing letters and documents
• Preparing monthly reports
• Processing holiday requests
• Petty cash
• Monitoring admin email inbox
We are looking for someone who is organised, friendly and self-motivated with a polite telephone manner and great attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
25 hours per week, Monday - Friday but can be flexible for the right candidate.
Salary dependant on experience.
