Office Administrator
Location: Enfield, Middlesex
Salary/Rate: £21,000-£23,000 dependant on experience
Type: Permanent, full time

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for an all-rounded Office Administrator on behalf of our market leading client. This is a full on administrative position and we are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a solid administrative role with elements of finance and customer service. The Office Administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support to the business and support for the members of the Finance team to fulfil the key tasks and objectives. In addition, they will be assisting in preparing accurate client invoices, payment summaries and statement preparation.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

*Supporting the UK business with general administration as required
*Coordinating and booking all UK travel requests (including accommodation) both in the UK and Internationally
*Manage travel accounts
*Managing the Short Term Business Visitors (STBV) log and reporting
*Managing Company Credit cards
*Manage and coordinate staff sales for our clients employees; promoting new initiatives
*Managing and handling all post in- coming and outgoing
*Support the arrangement of business events
*Maintaining and adequate supply of office stationery and ordering new stock as required
*Providing expat support to employees; liaising with Landlords and removal companies where required
*Managing and hosting External Visitors including Clients and Suppliers

Finance Support
Support to the Accounts team on a daily basis as follows:
o Assist with the preparation and posting of various month end accrual journals
o Assist in preparing Intrastate data
o Assist in preparing VAT return data
o Support to the Finance Analyst in raising and posting client invoicing
*Assisting with daily administration in the finance department and other members of finance department when required, especially at month end
*Ad-hoc tasks / projects. Any other duties that may be required from time to time within the general scope of the role

Person Specification (skills, knowledge and experience required)
Experience, Skills & Aptitude:

*Proven experience within a similar office administration role
*Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business as well as externally
*Ability to stay focused, self-motivated
*Ability to prioritise and work undirected; plans and stays organised in order to meet commitment and productivity standards.
*Excellent self-organisation and forward planner
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver accuracy in a deadline driven environment and continuously prioritise workloads to meet the business needs
*Passion for accuracy, with attention to detail and maintain accuracy whilst doing monotonous tasks
*"Get the job done" attitude including flexible attitude to working hours
*Commercially aware
*Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills would be highly advantageous
*Excellent numeric ability (including competency with MS Excel)
