Based: Horwich

Salary: £18k - £22k dependent on experience + Benefits + Holidays

Part-Time - flexible hours to suit

Our client is a dynamic, rapidly expanding business based in Horwich. Established almost 20 years ago, the company has gone from strength to strength. With new Senior appointments to support business growth, they are now actively looking for a highly experienced Office Administrator to join them on a part-time permanent basis

Role:

  • Analysing and reporting on historic data from previous systems
  • Managing complicated data sets in Excel and on new system QUBE
  • Full database cleansing and administration required
  • Pulling reports from historic company data sets, importing to new system in readable formats
  • Inputting new data onto new systems for huge portfolio of business
  • Managing new/old system data daily

Experience:

  • Must be highly competent on various computer systems - especially Excel
  • Able to manage spreadsheets and data sets independently
