Office Administrator

My client are an interesting innovative brand who support a wealth of differing global clients across a multitude of market sectors. Through continued growth they are looking for a positive, confident and office administrator, someone who can multi-task with a strong work ethic to join the team for a varied role and a great stepping stone for you to work for a fast growing company.

Reporting to an wonderful manager, someone who invests and values her team, you will be supporting a busy Customer Services team in the following:

General administrative duties

Dealing with enquiries via the telephone and email ensuring that all enquiries are actioned correctly, swiftly and positively

Inputting Customer Orders and maintaining databases

Preparation of Weekly / Monthly customer reports

Occasional cover within the dispatch department when necessary

In addition, you will also be responsible for reception duties, including switchboard, where you will be the first point of contact to meet and greet visitors so a smart appearance and natural confidence is key.

Every person who works here are incredibly friendly with strong professional work ethics but do like to have fun from time to time.
