SJF Electrical are a Kent based electrical contractors. We require an Office Administrator to join our team in East Malling.
This is a part-time position with a minimum of 25 hours per week, although the is plenty of scope to work more hours if required.
As an Office Administrator you will be a vital cog for this growing business and it is important that you have the relevant experience and drive to make sure the business runs smoothly.
In addition to general Office Admin duties it is important you have experience in the following areas:
- Raising and paying invoices
- Xero accounting software
It would also be extremely desirable if you have experience of VAT.
We are offering flexible working hours and are happy to discuss days, hours etc as long as it falls inline with the business needs.
Salary on offer is £7.50ph - £9.50ph dependant on experience.
