Reporting to the Office Manager, as Office Administrator you will support a wide range of duties in supporting the running of the day to day business operation including:
- Answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients
- Booking of training courses and keeping training records up to date on excel
- Running compliance checks for new clients
- Ordering and tracking of stationary and other office supplies
- General administration including typing of client letters and correspondence and preparing client documents
- Covering reception as required
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Assisting with some basic accounting tasks
You will be someone who enjoys a broad administrative role in a growing and busy office. You will be comfortable in using microsoft excel and there is the opportunity to take on extra responsibility over time within the role.
Working hours are Mon - Fri 0900 to 1730.
