Office Administrator
We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our clients based in the Birmingham area. As an Administrator you will be responsible for all administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities of an Administrator
·Answering Phone
·Creating purchase orders and issuing PO's to suppliers
·Stock control - Check stock levels and order as required - Keep Tidy
·Check delivery notes
·Keeping H&S/QEMS documents up to date
·Creating & Issuing works orders
·Keeping logs up to date of yellow WO's
·Writing RAMS under instruction
·Arrange delivery and packing of spare parts
·Issuing shipping documents
·Chamber of commerce docs for shipping
·Creating material requisitions & plant requisitions
·Drawing register updated and maintained
·Goods inward log updated
·Serial number inputting onto register for picking lists
·Data entry
·AutoCAD preferable but Not Essential
Details of an Administrator
·Salary: £8.00ph
·Working hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
·Location: Birmingham
·Temporary to Permanent

Skill and Experience of an Administrator
·Keen, Reliable, Flexible
·Friendly disposition
·Literate and numerate with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
·Able to work on own and in a team
