Office Administrator – Permanent – Full-Time - £16,000-£17,000 per annum

We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our client’s busy administration department in Diss. The role will provide support to one of our largest clients and will involve working within a team of clinicians and other administration staff.

Key Duties:

  • The allocation of new referrals to the nursing team
  • Processing of medical information received from our nurses onto the in-house database
  • Accurate maintenance of our electronic and paper records
  • Provide advice and telephonic support
  • Liaise with other departments with regard to the arranging of medical assessments
  • General administrative duties including scanning, data basing and filing.

Key Skills:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Confident using a PC and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly
  • Excellent personal communication skills and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to maintain clinical records (both paper and electronic) in line with procedures
  • The ability to problem solve
  • Administrative experience
