A fantastic company based in Preston are seeking an experienced office administrator to join their team, initially on a maternity cover, but with the company growing in such a positive manner it’s highly likely this may become permanent.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with incoming calls to the office
- Processing invoices using SAGE
- Matching purchase orders
- Inputting data into the CRM system
- Updating customers orders and details
- Working well within a team and on your own
- Liaising with other departments in regards to orders
- Previous administration work within a manufacturing/engineering/construction industry
- Knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous
- Computer literate
