This is a varied role which will see you responsible for FOH duties such as meeting clients and handling phone calls as well as administrative tasks surrounding the properties. For example you will organise photographers, arrange viewings, update property details, send out letters/documentation, handle enquiries and complete ad-hoc administrative for the team.
Experience working in a similar role within the property/real estate/estate agency industry
Strong administrative experience and skills
A welcoming attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
